Villa Alice
This beautiful villa is located in a panoramic position above the city of Arezzo.
It is composed of four independent apartments, each one with living room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
There is a covered veranda shared with all the apartments, that offers panoramic views over the valley. The property also includes a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi with salty water.
History narrates that the first memories of the place, once named Capodimonte, date back to the Longobard period at the beginning of the 7th century.
Centuries later it was included in Leonardo Da Vinci’s maps, which had probably used the summit of the hill to complete the surveys of the Val di Chiana.
In Capodimonte can still be found the trails of the road that used to lead to the ancient pier of Chiana.
